HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
CHOOSE A FUNDRAISING DATE!
You choose an available Monday or Tuesday evening on the calendar to host your fundraising night with us! You let us know how many guests you'll be bringing in and we will reserve a couch or two to host your friends, family and colleagues!
PARTY WITH US
You and your guests come to Publico on your fundraising night and enjoy food and drinks from our in-house menu! You can opt for individual checks - or throw everything on a single tab.
WE'LL DONATE!
As an official fundraising partner, we'll donate 10% of the total revenue from your party to your cause after your event!

WHICH DAYS CAN I SCHEDULE A FUNDRAISER?We offer fundraising nights on Monday and Tuesday nights only! Date selection will be mutually agreed upon dates based on what is already on our calendar!

HOW DOES MY FUNDRAISER GET PROMOTED?You'll do that part! We will happily be your host location for the evening and provide our in-house food and beverage menu. You will be responsible for gathering your guest list and promoting your event to your audiences. We would be more than happy to provide you a copy of our logo as well as photos of our space, and photos of our food and beverage for you to use in your promotions to get your friends excited about your fundraiser! Plus, if you tag us in your social media promo, we may just re-share to our stories ;)

WHO CAN HOST A FUNDRAISER?We love to support our community however we can. This means local schools, sports teams, organizations, or groups that may be interested in gathering for a good cause! If you bring the people, we'll bring the vibes (a.k.a. tables, food and beverage!)

HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO MAKE FROM MY FUNDRAISER?That's up to you and your guests! We will happily provide a complimentary space for you and your guests to gather as well as our food and beverage at our regular menu price for your guests to purchase. We are committed to contributing 10% of our total revenue (excluding tax and gratuity) to your cause from the guests that attended your event! Note: We will be contributing 10% of the proceeds from your group's spend only - not the entire restaurant - on the date and time of your event.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCED DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE MY FUNDRAISER?We highly recommend scheduling your fundraiser at least two weeks in advance! You'll want enough time to send out your invitations and get your friends together to join!
